Ideal for on or off site cleaning of window blinds of all sizes and types: aluminum, plastic, vinyl, fabric, wood and more. Uniquely sized to allow for diversified cleaning of many other items.

These specially designed tanks are both wide enough and deep enough to accommodate everything from large electronics to industrial parts and other like-sized items. All 3 stations boast electric lifts that can easily lower and raise up to 12 content baskets simultaneously (or any combination of items up to 250lbs.). With the SM-200’s stainless steel lids acting as bridges, users can slide baskets from one station to the next, simplifying the entire cleaning process and minimizing concerns about your team lifting and bending to process contents. With its 200 gallon capacity per tank (the largest standard size in the Restoration Industry), coupled with tremendous power for fast processing, this system is a perfect solution for your Line Cleaning needs.

The M-115 Super System is Morantz’s most popular contents and parts cleaning model. It includes 3 stations:
Each station is designed to process 8 content baskets at once. Easily handle large, bulky items including electronics and parts of all types. If your concern is having your operators lifting and bending during operation, no worries. All 3 stations boast Electric Lifts that will easily lower and raise your baskets (or anything up to 250lbs.) in and out of the tanks. Slide baskets from one station to the next utilizing the M-115’s stainless steel lids/bridges making the whole process simple.
For Drying: We recommend the Drye Rite Drying & Ozone Cabinet or the Drye Rite XL Drying & Ozone Room.
